Documents Available Under NDA

The following FactoryThread security documents contain detailed architecture, network, and access-control information. They are made available to qualified customers under a non-disclosure agreement.

  • Data Flow & Architecture Security Guide — component diagram, data flow, network egress, residency, and disaster recovery.
  • Access Control, Audit Trail & Change Control Guide — access control, identity provisioning, audit trail, and change control.

How to request​

Email support@factorythread.com with:

  1. Your company name and primary contact.
  2. Which documents you'd like to receive.
  3. Whether you have an executable NDA template, or would like to use ours.

We typically turn around document requests within one business day.

We can also complete a CAIQ-Lite, SIG-Lite, or a customer-specific security questionnaire on request.
